YOUR BUSINESS AND SATISFACTION ARE IMPORTANT AT SMOKE & FIRE COMPANY.
Of course our staff and seamstresses hope that you like your Smoke & Fire Co. product, but if you need to return or exchange an article we ask that the returned item be in salable condition and that you do the following:
- Please fill out fill out the Information for Breakage of Returns form that came with your order and include it in the package with item(s) to be returned.
- The item(s) need to be packed securely and insured for your protection. We will be happy to exchange for another item or refund your money. IF EXCHANGING YOU WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO YOU. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds for items paid with a credit card will be credited to that card. Please enclose a copy of the order form/packing slip, which contains your card information, or record the credit card number on the return slip. Orders paid by any other means will received a check written to the person placing the order.
- We ask that you return the item or contact us within 10 working days after your purchase arrives.
Concerning Broken Items
- If breakage or damage has occurred in shipping please call us at (800) 766-5334 or fax us at (419) 832-5008.
- Please describe the damage and request a replacement, which will be sent to you at no charge.
- Keep the original package, damaged items, stuffing, label and order form/packing slip for U.P.S. to inspect and pick up at no cost to you.
